St Peter’s Church Hall and Community Centre

Just over the road from St Peter’s Church and on the corner of Cambridge Street stands this Community Centre. It has a “Public Assembly Licence” for secular functions such as Under Elevens Children’s Parties (just bring your own food, entertainer or bouncy castle), club meetings (maximum 160 persons), theatre workshops, jumble sales, events such as our Friday Coffee Morning Social and similar community functions. A meeting room for up to 20 people is also available. The building has full access for disabled people in wheel chairs with an up-to-date designated disabled person toilet. This toilet is also equipped with a baby care table. The cost of the fully fitted domestic style kitchen is included and is ideal for making tea, coffee etc. For more advanced meals, pleased prepare the food off-site using your own caterers. Booking is easy. Just phone the Parish Office on 01472 231198 to hire the Main Hall. Alternatively, just call in on Friday mornings for a welcome cuppa and look round at the good facilities we have on offer at very competitive prices.
